Paul Sass is the General Counsel at Akido, where he manages all legal and compliance operations. Since joining the company in 2021, Paul has significantly shaped Akido’s strategic growth, overseen key enterprise and M&A transactions, and enhanced the company's legal and compliance infrastructure to support rapid technological and business development. Paul also oversees Akido's privacy and information security compliance programs. Paul has over 12 years of legal experience--before joining Akido Paul served as a corporate and transactional attorney at several law firms in New York. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in International Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. Paul is also an avid traveler and sports enthusiast, enjoying soccer, tennis, and spending time with his wife and two children.
